Roy Nyquan Nisbett is a Contemporary Gospel Artist, song writer and producer who is based in St. Kitts & Nevis where he has produced and worked on various projects spanning from various genres of music including calypso, reggae, reggaeton, dancehall, r&b, pop and soca. In 2009 Nyquan produced the Premonition album from recording artist CJ out of St. Martin. Thereafter, he continued producing and recording singles for other Caribbean artist. Years later, Nyquan met the Lord through his beautiful wife Shevon Nisbett who has since then help him to take his work to another level.
Nyquan music has blessed the hearts of his listeners and his desire is to keep serving God and for him to be glorified through his music. He is extremely passionate about the Lord and about using his Talent for his Glory.
Nyquan performed alongside regional and international artist such as Atto Boafo, Dj Nicolas, Bridget Blucher, Adrian Cunningham, Positive and Marvia Providence just to name a few. Nyquan continues to motivate others and spreads Gods Love through song. In recognition of his gift, in March of 2017 Nyquan was nominated as producer of the year at the Antigua music awards. Nyquan worked tirelessly on albums such as the Blood A Jesus album by Di Anointed Vale out of Jamaica and Heart Of A Lion by Soldier Bless from St. Kitts which would have allowed him to gain favor for the nominations
Nyquan continued working closely with other Gospel artist and producers such as Nigel Lopez and Quality both from Trinidad and Tobago and Atto Boafo the double double man out of Gauna Africa who now resides in England.
He is also the chief producer of JIFE MUSIC of which he is a partner. In 2017 Nyquan continues to work with artist such as King Hollywood and Soldier Bless for the upcoming 2018 album.
In March of 2017, Nyquan released his first music video of his hit single Cover Meh which is taking the local airwaves by storm as it branches out into nearby territories and the outer world at large. Cover Meh came from a terrifying robbery encounter at his home. Since the life threatening experience, Nyquan and his family testimony has been a blessing to many and believes deeply that Psalm 46: 1 is embedded within their heart, for God is truly our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Cover Meh T- Shirts were made available upon the Video release and has been constantly requested and a significant blessing to many.
Nyquan is continuously working in the studio on his music and with other artist hoping to make 2018 a bigger and better year with fresh music and styles.
Look out for new releases from this international artist with hits like Baba Alone which will be hitting the European and African markets by year end 2017. It promises to be different.
