Started his carving career in 1992. As a result of mastering Physics and wood work at Secondary level upon leaving school in 1989, three years after Chapman discovered a rear talent. 1994 he was awarded formal training in Jamaica by The Canadian Training Awards Project (CTAP) where he spent 6 weeks. In 2001 he attended an International Trade Show in Canada. In 2008 was commissioned to China to a sculpture symposium for 2 months. Biography
Started his carving career in 1992. In 2001 he attended an International Trade Show in Canada. In 2008 was commissioned to China to a sculpture symposium for 2 months. He has done many private commission for The Four Seasons Resort Hotel Villa owners and locals. He has made awards for the St. Kitts/Nevis Cross Chanel Swim annually and many many more awards. Using Volcanic Rock he has able to carved these into many forms and leaving lasting impressions and the minds of people.
